The right materials for the job at hand

With a background as a fabricator and welder, I build my projects to last! You can be assured that your piece will stand the test of time. I particularly love working with mild steel, as it gives me the opportunity to create a huge variety of effects and finishes with different tools. I also work with stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper.

I enjoy hearing my clients’ thoughts and ideas, working with them to select the best materials for their vision.

The commissioning process

If you choose to commission me to create a sculpture, I like to start by meeting up to discuss your vision. This gives us the opportunity to choose materials, finishes and any other effects you may want, bearing in mind the final location and size of the piece.

Following our meeting, I sketch a rough design to ensure we’re on the same page. Once this is agreed, I get to work bringing your vision to life, keeping you updated with regular progress reports throughout.

Once the project is completed, I’m more than happy to arrange a courier for delivery if required.
